At Comfy House, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items damaged due to customer misuse
Wrong or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, Comfy House will bear the shipping cost. For exchanges requested due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for all return and re-delivery charges.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days using the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
